Wilderness Ministries is dedicated to hiking America's trails for the greater purpose of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the spiritually lost.
Beginnings
While exploring the Appalachian Trail for the first time in 2009, Jeff
Couzins began to notice the spiritual brokenness of many of his fellow hikers. It was during this time that Jeff sensed the Lord calling him to a ministry of sharing the Gospel with America's hiking community.
Experience
Wilderness Ministries' President Jeff Couzins is an experienced, long distance hiker. He has hiked the entirety of the Appalachian Trail, Pacific Crest Trail, Continental Divide Trail,
Florida National Scenic Trail and Colorado Trail.
By hiking the AT, PCT and CDT Jeff has officially completed
the "Triple Crown of Hiking", one of only 450 people to do so.
Jeff has currently hiked over 12,000 miles along America's trails.
